How the E-Redox® service works:
- Technology selection, design, and planning: site assessment, characteristics, and contaminants of concern are identified before selecting E-Redox-associated technology(s) and configurations/layouts implemented at the site.
- Construction and customization of treatment technology: key units/devices are constructed, customized, and prepared for onsite installation.
- Onsite installation of treatment technology system: our engineers will travel to your site for supervision of installation and operations.
- Offsite technical support: technical team are available to answer any questions and address any issues that may occur with the treatment system or performance issues.
- Data interpretation and system optimization: data sent to our technical team will be analyzed. Based on data interpretation and any other observations, any system optimizations will be developed and shared with your team.
- Onsite support, maintenance, and optimization: an engineer will be sent to your site at pre-agreed upon dates to offer system support, maintenance, and implement any optimizations.
- Reporting: our technical team provides periodic and end-of-project reports detailing project background and implementation, performance results and evaluation, and conclusions with recommendations (if any).
- Retrieval of units: at project's end of site closure, our technical team will arrive onsite for the retrieval of the treatment system.
